The ingredients needed to cook Biltong:
  1. Provide Beef Topside or Silverside
  2. You need Rock or Sea salt
  3. Get Malt Vinegar
  4. Prepare Worcestershire Suace
  5. You need Spice Mix

Steps to make Biltong:
  1. Cut your beef into 2 Cm wide slices. Layer them in a bowl. Add salt between each layer and leave for 1 hour and the scrape all the salt off
