- Get 28 oz frozen tortellini
- Take 1 lb mild Italian sausage cut into bite size pieces
- Get 1 15 oz jar of good Alfredo sauce(I use Bertolli)

- Use 1/4 cup dry white wine (or milk) but the wine adds to the flavor
