- Use 300 g Demerera Sugar
- Take 100 g Margarine
- Get 30 g Golden Syrup
- Take 15 g Treacle
- Get 4 tbsp Water
Steps to make Bonfire Toffee:
- Add all ingredients to a pan and heat slowly until margarine and sugar are melted
- Continue to heat the mixture up to 285°c
