The ingredients needed to cook Cinnamon and Mixed Fruit Bagels:
  1. Prepare 500 grams stone ground wholemeal flour
  2. Provide 15 grams dried active yeast
  3. Use 10 grams salt
  4. Take 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  5. You need 4 tbsp olive oil
  6. You need 15 grams light muscavado sugar
  7. Take 350 ml water
  8. Use 100 grams mixed dried fruit

  9. One by one, boil each dough ring for 90s, turning over every 30s. Remove and place on a grease proof paper lined tray.
  10. Crack the egg into a cup and beat with a fork. Use this to egg wash each bagel.
  11. Place into the oven for 20-25mins or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
