- Get 250 grams rolled oats
- Get 50 grams dessicated coconut
- You need 50 grams sunflower seeds
- Prepare 150 grams hazelnuts, crushed into rough chunks
- Use 100 grams walnuts, crushed
- Take 75 grams whole almonds, crushed
- Use 150 grams dark chocolate drops
- Prepare 180 grams caster sugar
- Get 180 grams muscavado brown sugar

- In a saucepan, heat the water and both sugars on a medium heat for about 10mins. Do not stir. It should reach about 104-105°c.
