  2. Provide 3 Potatoes (medium)
  3. Take 4 tbsp Katakuriko
  4. Take 1 tsp ● Soy sauce
  5. Provide 1 tbsp ●Sugar
  6. Get 3 tbsp ○ Soy sauce
  7. Use 1 tbsp ○ Brown or muscovado sugar
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp ○ Mirin
