  1. You need 4 Digestive biscuits
  2. Provide 3 Tablespoons peanut butter , crunchy
  3. You need 1/2 Teaspoon muscovado brown sugar or any other

  5. Take 1 Teaspoon butter , unsalted
  6. Get 1/2 Cup dark chocolate , cut into small bits , or chips
  7. Take 1 Tablespoon milk , divided
  8. Take 1/2 Pinch vanilla powder (optional)
Instructions to make Peanut Butter Bites:
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into crumbs.
  2. Mix the biscuit crumbs, peanut butter, unsalted butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla if using. You get a buttery dough. Roll 1" balls from this dough and set in the refrigerator (not freezer) for 10 minutes. (This quantity makes about 10 balls)
