The ingredients needed to make Rainbow Trout Teriyaki:
  1. Use 6 rainbow trout fillets
  2. Get 3 Tbsp potato starch
  3. Provide oil for cooking trout
  4. Take (for sauce)
  5. Prepare 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  6. Get 2 Tbsp sugar
  7. Get 4 Tbsp sake
  8. You need 2 Tbsp water
  9. Use 1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated
Steps to make Rainbow Trout Teriyaki:
  1. Wash the trout gently with cold water and pat dry with clean paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle potato starch on the trout and coat each side of them.
  3. Put a pan over medium heat and warm the oil. Place the trout in it and cook about 3 mins with a lid.
  4. Flip the trout and cook about 2 more mins or until cooked through with a lid. Set aside.
