- Take 4 green cardamoms crushed

- Wash and peel the skin of red carrots. Grate them in a grater or food processor. Scrape coconut. Make a thick paste of milk powder. Heat ghee in a wok.Fry the grated carrot lightly. Add scraped coconut, sugar, thick paste of milk powder and toss all. Add a pinch of salt /rock salt to balance the sweetness. If needed add 1 tbsp more sugar depending on the sweetness of carrot and coconut.
- Fry all stirring continuously till completely dry and well blended. Sprinkle crushed cardamom powder and toss all. Add chopped cashewnuts or almonds and raisins. Allow it to cool.
