The ingredients needed to cook Caramel Truffles:
  1. Provide 250 g baking chocolate
  2. Get 360 g tin caramel topping
  3. Provide Desicated coconut
Steps to make Caramel Truffles:
  1. Melt the chocolate. And spread in mould. Place in fridge for 5 mins
  2. Remove from fridge and fill with caramel topping and descidcated coconut.
  3. Fill more melted chocolate on top and place back into fridge. Once harden, loosen from moulds.
  4. You can also add 100s and 1000s at the bottom of the mould before spreading out the chocolate. Tip : you can use anything that is non stick and can hold the shape, i used egg trays
