- Take For Dark chocolate & walnut
- Use 500 gms dark callebut chocolate chips
- Prepare 150 gms fresh cream (amul)
- Take 1 tbsp salted butter

- Prepare 500 gms white callebaut chocolate chips

- Heat cream in a double boiler vessel, once the cream becomes warm add dark chocolate chips & mix well, add 1tbsp butter & switch off the flame, mix well, transfer it in a airtight container & refrigerate over night.
