  1. You need 1.5 kg Topside
  2. Take 1/8 Cup Culture Shock Sauce (Or other XXXXHOT chilli sauce)
  3. Provide 1 Tsp Carolina Reaper Chilli Powder
  4. Prepare 1/4 Cup Smoked Paprika (aka Pimenton)
  5. Prepare 2 Cups BBQ Sauce

  1. Cut the beef into 1cm thick slabs.
  2. Lay the slabs in a shallow marinading tray.
