- Prepare 500 gms Tomatoes
- You need 1 Bottle Gourd, medium size
- Prepare 12 Garlic Cloves
- Use 2 inch Ginger

- Use 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

- Cut tomatoes and bottle gourd in small pieces, add 10-12 garlic cloves, 2 inch ginger. Add 500-700ml of water, pinch of salt and keep it to boil in a pressure cooker.
