- Use 500 kg (1/2 kg) Tomatoes

- Choose red, ripe and firm tomatoes, which are not sour. In this recipe, red plum tomatoes are used. - Remove tomatoes from heat. Water and place them in cold water for 2 minutes. - Drain water and transfer to a plate.peel and remove the skin and seeds.
