The ingredients needed to make Smoked Trout Dip:
  1. Take 1 lb Smoked Trout
  2. Provide 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese
  3. Use 8 oz Light Sour Cream
  4. Get 1 bunch Green Onions
  5. Get 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  6. Use 2 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  1. Chop 5 Green Onions coarsely, white and green parts. At aside some of the "greens" to sprinkle on top.
